Please provide the phone number or email address you used with Smile Taxi. This helps us locate the related customer, driver or business account.

Important: some ride and billing records may need to be retained for up to 5 years where required by Latvian law or Road Transport Administration rules. In such cases we will delete or restrict only the data that may legally be removed immediately.

What happens next

  • We will check whether the provided phone number or email is linked to a Smile Taxi account or order.
  • If necessary, we will ask for additional identification details to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.
  • After verification, we will process deletion, restrict processing or explain which records must be retained by law.
